Scope of Business
The Project Violett GmbH (below termed as "we" or “Our”) carries out our business based on the following general terms of business in the form which is valid at the moment for your order.
Conclusion of Contract
(1) Errors and omissions are subject to exception regarding details on products, properties and prices. Our offer is subject to change.
(2) After you completed and sent your order you will get an order-confirmation by e-mail. If you do not get this e-mail or if you find any discrepancies between our confirmation and your order please contact us either by email/phone or fax.
(3) The conclusion of the contract is taking place not until you received notification of delivery.
Terms of Payment and Conditional sale
1) Items must be paid in advance or as per mentioned and offered or unless otherwise stated and agreed after the delivery date. The methods of payment are described later in this information page.
(2) All prices include at present valid Austrian VAT or unless otherwise mentioned.
(3) We will keep the ownership rights until you paid the items completely.
(4) Interest on arrears will be charged in case of delayed payment.
Privacy
(1) Collection, processing and use of personal data -
We handle your personal information confidentially and will not share it with any other third party. The information you give to us is stored electronically and used to process your orders. This information will be handed over to the relevant service companies (e.g. the company engaged with the delivery or the financial institution engaged with the handling of payments) or if required by law by any state office. The extent of the personal information handed over is limited to the required minimum.
You are entitled to get information, correction, blocking or deletion of your personal data at any time. Please direct your inquiry to [email protected] or send a letter or fax to the address given in the end of the page.
After registration for our CD-Catalog/Print Catalog/Newsletter we store your e-mail-address for advertising purpose until you unsubscribe. Your e-mail-address will not be forwarded to other companies. You can withdraw your consent to use your e-mail-address for our own advertise purpose by sending an email to us with Subject “unsubscribe the Project Violett GmbH Newsletter”.

(1) All content included in this site, particularly text, graphics, logos, button icons and images, is subject to the copyright, and are owned by Project Violett GmbH or its associates. All rights reserved. It is specifically prohibited to copy, reproduce or re-utilize texts and images for other purposes than the shopping transaction from and with Project Violett GmbH. Infringement will be prosecuted.
(2) Place of jurisdiction for fully-qualified traders and for delivery within Austria and abroad is Vienna, Austria. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Austria.
(3) Should single terms of the contract include these terms and conditions are ineffective (partly or entirely) or should there is a loophole in the contract, the effectiveness of the other terms or parts of these terms remain unaffected.
Pricing, Retail Value, Offers & Other Information

Clearance Prices
We always need to make room for brand new merchandise and trendiest products, therefore we offer low Clearance Prices on first-quality merchandise thereby decreasing your cost and increasing your profits.
Easy Pay
With an Easy Pay offer, you can spread out your payments over the designated number of payments at no extra charge. These prices are offered to our esteemed proven member business customers. You may ask us how you can be a regular member customer to enjoy best prices and best offers, credit and services.
Introductory Price
For a limited time, we offer some items at a low Introductory Price, which represents a savings over the regular Prices. These prices are offered on the newest products coming out of our factories or on our designer collections.
Nicoles Special:
On select occasions, we may offer an extraordinary product at an extraordinarily low price that is good for your business, it will be a time bound offer and may last only a few days or just for one day.
Purchase with Purchase
Project Violett GmbH sometimes may features special offers that are tied to other products. With this offer, when you purchase both items at the same time, you can take advantage of a special low price on the purchase with the purchase item thereby can increase your profits.
Test Price
A Test Price is an opportunity for you and your customers to use and experience a particular product at a great price for a limited time. Project Violett GmbH may limit the quantity of these products per customer so more of ours and yours customers can take advantage of the savings and increasing our mutual business in long run.
Make an Offer Price
Some times Project Violett GmbH has purchased a large quantity from the other manufacturers and is passing the savings on to you at the Price you want to pay for, if acceptable to Project Violett GmbH
"As Is" Price
“As Is” Priced products may be a vendor sample, discontinued inventory, customer returned (unused) or is not in its originally manufactured condition. It may not be new. In some instances, these items are repackaged by Project Violett GmbH. Accordingly; that we may not honor any original warranty. These items do not enjoy Project Violett GmbH standard return policy. Therefore, we advise our esteemed customers please make your selection carefully to avoid any unnecessary hassles.
Easy Pay on Request
This Easy Pay on Request Offers ("offers") cannot be used for prior purchases or be combined with any other Easy Pay, or Free Shipping promotion or any other promotional offer (offers) that Project Violett GmbH may be offering or will offer. This Easy Pay on Request prices are offered to our esteemed proven member business customers. This Easy Pay on Request offers will divide the purchase price, Shipping & Handling, and tax of each applicable purchase into three monthly payments. These offers cannot be reused if items purchased under the terms of these offers are returned. Easy Pay on Request offers is not valid or advanced order items.
Minimum Order & Sales Policy
Minimum Order - Every product has its own characteristics and specialty and can have different offers as well. Therefore each product has its own Minimum Order Quantity, and is given in the price list as well as in product information.
WISH LIST: We understand that sometimes it’s hard to follow the MOQ because of so many reasons. Therefore, we request you to fill up the Wish List Form for such products and forward to us. You can make as many wish lists as you want for as many products as you desired. Wish List does not mean that you have placed the order for those products, and does not mean that we have accepted your order for the mentioned product(s) therein, that is only an expression of your interest in them. This list will help us provide you with your desired products in your required quantity but there is no time frame for that. As soon as we are able to provide you those products in your required quantity we will notify you first and upon your confirmation we will forward them to you as per our order processing system.
Cancellation - For wholesale purchase, cancellation notice must be submitted either by phone/email no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to the warehouse for processing yet then we can cancel the order. However, due to the high cost of fulfillment and restocking operations, if the order has already gone into the processing period but before shipping still we will be able to cancel the order, but after the order is processed and is packed or sent already for shipping then any cancellation will incur shipping charges whatsoever charged by the shipping company and 20% of the total invoice value for packaging, restocking and all other maintenance costs that we have or might have incurred in processing your order. We advised our customers to please make sure to identify the products that you wish to purchase before ordering and completing the transaction. We are always at your disposal in case you need any information for any of the products we are offering.
Back Order/Out of stock items - Please note that due to our large selection of products and fast overturn rate, it is sometimes not possible for us to fulfill 100% of the order. The missing items are either out of stock or in backorder/discontinued status. We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will ONLY charge on the products that we have shipped out. You will NOT be charged for the items that are out of stock or backorder/discontinued and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.
Special/Custom Order - Special or custom order requested by the customer will not be refundable or exchangeable unless product is damaged during transit. Order with special order status will be communicated to the customer for approval prior to processing.
Pre-Sale items - In order to provide the latest and the trendiest products to our customers we sometimes offer presale items. These are the items that are still in the manufacturing stage but we will like to give our customers a chance to reserve them before they become available. Note: Please do not place an order with both presale and regular items in it as it will delay the delivery of the regular in stock items.
Product Condition - All products are examined and sold NEW to our customers. We work closely and warehouses to get the latest and newest product to you. Please note that the package box may be sometime distorted due to shipping conditions beyond our control.
Order Processing - It takes about 7-14 business days to process your order. We will make every attempt to ship your items on the same day you placed the order if they are in stock. Delays may occur due to backorder, out of stock, or discontinued items
Order Status - Order status are updated on an ongoing basis.
Pending Approval- means that the order has not been approved for processing yet. We will need to verify some information such credit card verification, shipping cost estimation, payment information, etc. before we can approve the order.
Pending Fulfillment- means that we have sent your order to the warehouses for processing.
Pending Bill- means we have packed your order but we have not charged for it yet.
Pricing - All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Liability – Project Violett GmbH or any of its associate or subsidiary, employees or shareholders will not be responsible or liable for any labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind as the result of the product usage. Buyer shall assume the responsibility for operating the product in a safe manner and acknowledge any product risk. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
The goal of Project Violett GmbH is to provide a wide selection of products to its business associates and customers. We will make every attempt to ship your order within the 3 days from the order confirmation and receiving payment or within 7-14 days since order is placed. Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability or on special order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
We understand that you have your own deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.
Our products are shipped using international standard logistics partners and also customize shipping services is available. We use the most economical and safe shipping services depending upon the product and destination. If you don’t see shipping charge for your order, it means you order will be calculated at a later time. We will contact you by email/phone to notify you of the exact shipping charge before processing your order, or you may arrange transportation of your required products on your own or can arrange pick up services with prior information and appointment.
Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to additional shipping cost, transaction and insurance fees. The customer must make arrangement with us to reship the products again. Any refused shipment does not constitute a cancellation. Furthermore, any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. Project Violett GmbH doesn’t ship to PO Box.
International Customers - Project Violett GmbH ships worldwide therefore international orders are welcome. We work very closely with common freight carriers to give you the best shipping rates available.
Please note that shipping estimate will be provided after you have sent us the shipping address.
Payment Policy
Project Violett GmbH accepts the following payment methods:
1) PayPal/Money Booker (For Overseas Customers)
We accept PayPal or Moneybooker payment from verified account only, or through western Union Money transfer. Please visit www.paypal.com or www.moneybooker.com for more information. The account is free and it will let you setup an account with a credit card and/or checking.
2) Bank/Wire Transfer
Instructions will be given via a confirmation email once an order is placed.
3) Cash
We accept cash if you are arranging pickup yourself.
4) Cash on Delivery
You can pay when you receive your package to our logistic partner who brings your packet upon receiving your packet. (This service is available only to established and proven customers).
5). Collection at Post Office/VPP
We can ship your products by Post and you can pick up your shipment upon making payment in the post office.
6). Western Union/Money Order
You can make payment using either Western Union or Post Office Money Orders prior to shipping.
Return Policy
Conditions for Returns:
Project Violett GmbH will replace a product or issue a refund at no cost to you if the product is delivered with one of these 2 conditions.
Wrong Product - If you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 2 business days and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we will ship you the correct product or issue you a full refund (including shipping charges). For items that are sold in cases we will replace the whole case at our own expense.
Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 2 business days and we arrange for you to return the product (at our expense) back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will ship out a replacement to you right away. For items that are sold in cases we will replace the defective items ONLY. Please note that just because one or two items in a whole case are defective it does not mean that all of the items are defective.
Procedure to file for Returns
If your products meet one of the conditions above, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to file for a return.

Your Original Order/Bill number
Reasons for Returning the item
In the return package, please include a copy of your invoice. Please also write the Retour on the outside of the packaging.
Paypal/Moneybooker Refund: Refund will be issued via Paypal/Moneybooker back to your account within 2-4 weeks from the day we have received the returned products.
Other Refund: Either company check/Wire Transfer or store credits will be given to the customers for the value of the returned products.
NO Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
• Any refused shipment sent back to Project Violett GmbH does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with Project Violett GmbH to receive the refused shipment again.
• Any returned shipment without prior communication and arrangements does not constitute the right to a refund or credit and will be refused by Project Violett GmbH.
• No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery, regardless of reasons.
• We will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products. We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or colors or quality. If you wish to test our products please just a small order or request for a Sample against refundable deposit such as our mixed products to examine our styles and quality.
